massage therapy & reflexology

neuromuscular therapy

neuromuscular therapy is an advanced form of manual therapy that focuses on the practice of applying static pressure on specific points of the body to relieve pain. This highly skilled technique manipulates soft tissue in the body, including muscles, tendons, and connective tissue, which in turn balances the central nervous system.

A healthy nervous system is essential for a healthy body - nerve impulses are responsible for every movement, function, and thought. It is important to stabilize low levels of neurological activity to maintain a high functioning body.

organic reflexology

this relaxing treatment soothes with fruits, vegetables, and other organic products that calm the feet, hands, and face, while hand techniques work to relieve tired feet and instill a sense of welcome serenity throughout the entire body.

deep tissue massage

a deep tissue massage is one of those necessary evils: the more pain, the more gain. Especially among athletes, chronic muscle tension and soreness can occur in sensitive areas. Our therapist will work by applying firm pressure to your muscles, and through this stimulation, the massage will help break up and eliminate scar tissue. Afterward, you will feel sore, but once you've recovered, your body will feel limber and rejuvenated. It's an eye-opening experience for a fatigued body!

hot stone massage

the hot stones are a fabulous addition to our deep tissue massage. The heated stones help to stimulate the circulatory system, soften muscles, release toxins, relieve pain and muscle spasm, and most importantly, promote a deeper sense of relaxation.

swedish massage

swedish massage is all in the technique: long, soothing, stroking movements such as kneading, rolling, friction, and cupping motions cause tense muscles to be soothed.

cranio-sacral massage

cranio-sacral therapy is a specialized, gentle approach that releases tension deep within the body. The treatment, which focuses on the brain and spinal cord, promotes total well-being, and is especially helpful in relieving pain associated with TMJ or migraine headache. It's also ideal to fortify motor coordination, sensory perception, range of motion, and neuromuscular function.
